lower boost

For some reason my boost gage shows a max of 21# when it used to be 26#. The power seems about the same. I have blown intercooler hoses off in the past, which made a lot of noise, buy there isn't any thing obvious now. I'm not sure what to look for. There are so many things to search for.

I have this 1/4 distance on a nearby road where the car still arrives at a speedo reading of 95 at the end 21 or 26#. I just looked at the front of the intercooler which doesn't appear to be damaged. I don't know???
