p268a

CEL came on yesterday for the first time ever with code p268a.
All I can find is it means Fuel Injector Calibration not Learned/Programmed.
A search of this forum comes up empty, as does a google search for TDI's in particular.
The car starts and runs ok, though mileage seems to be down a bit.
Any thoughts?

Found this:
It keeps throughing p268A fuel injector calibration not learned/programmed intermittent. Last visit the ECM was replaced as per level 2 tech line and I think he replaced injectors. I'm just wondering if anyone is familiar with this code thanks in advance

Did you program injector serial numbers to ecm? Test plan for it.

Harness issue. We had one here a while back, tech overlaid the wiring from the injectors to the ecm and it fixed it. Car had ecm and injectors replaced prior to the wiring
