Default Immobilized mode? Canít get out of park

Hereís back story - have a 2006 Jetta tdi and replaced cooling fan but noticed after replacing cooling fan that the fans werenít kicking on. It ended up being a fuse was blown. However the car was on and running and the 100 amp fuse was taken out and the car shut off and now will not go out of park? Has anyone seen this? Iíve hooked vagcom up and tried to clear codes but still can not get it out of park. Did taking the fuse out make the computer think the car had been wrecked?

Does the foot-on-brake lamp work? Does the car see the brake pedal input?

What all DTCs are in which modules?

Try to disconnect battery. Wait 10 mins. Reconnect. Try to start.
