State Mandated Biodiesel Blends...

Thought this was interesting. Not sure if these mandates are being followed or recently changed.

Brings up an interesting issue for 2.0CR TDI engine owners in that VW says the maximum blend approved is B5.

VW's stance is "anything over 10% and you'll risk dilution." However, I've heard there are CR owners who are running B20 and their UOA shows no dilution after several oil changes and constantly running B20. <shrug>. I guess it's up to the owner to run what their confortable with.
