OK here is the story, I had a favorite Chevron close to my home Rockville, MD (metro Washington DC area) recently they changed to Quest brand fuel. I tried searching online for information about what Quest brand is and found nothing. I was filling up at a BP with 47 cetane diesel in Northern Virginia on Monday and noticed a tanker was there filling their tanks. I did not notice anything about it until it left, it was labeled Quest. Who can tell me anything about what Quest is? Are they a distributor or a brand of fuel?
What has my curiousity going is BP old Amoco Diesel marked 47 cetane and Chevron have the two best quality Diesel fuels in this area and they have a common supplier..... Quest? Who are they.....

That's a start but not what I was hoping to hear since the old Chevron station in my neighborhood is now called Quest and selling Quest brand fuel, or that is what they are implying by having a Quest sign up over the old Chevron, so I think they are more than just the transport company.

I just looked at the receipt from paying for the Diesel I got at this place and through a couple of links found these

Quest is one of the Brands shown that is owned by these Mid Atlantic region companies called E & C Enterprises and the Petroleum Marketing Group.

I am still wondering about the quality of or just trying to find out some more about the Quest brand fuel.
