Hi friends, I have a 2.0 TDI 150hp Eu5 CKFC, currently 230hp and 490nm, without smoke, with smoke we reached almost 240hp but very high injection time, I currently carry:
-Downpipe 2.5 "
-Turbo hybrid gottuned IHI
-Air Ramair filter in original box
I was investigating and my pump is the same as the 184hp 2000bar (mine goes to 1800bar series) so it is currently running at 2000bar. but my injectors are smaller and CRI2-18.
Will I be able to raise rail pressure to 2100bar with those injectors?
I have assembled methanol snow performance kit in the absence of several adjustments and I hope to get 20hp extras. but I would like to be able to reach 240hp without almost smoke and 260hp with methanol.
I suppose it would be best to put 184hp injectors and work on 2200bar ?? currently the turbo works at 2.10bar at 3,000rpm and 1.95bar at 4,000rpm
someone with experience in these engines that has gone from 240hp in 2.0 TDI 150 or 184?
