how to post a link in a thread?????????

i looked for it but can't find the info. can someone tell me how to add a link in a thread. i would like to show a new set of wheels and would like some input please. thanks

thanks for the quick response. but how do i post a link to a web page that i want to show in my thread? i have a page (not pictures) saved to my documents of the wheels i want. i want to show that link in my thread, so you could open it. how do you do that?

2 ways:
1) Just paste the link into the text of the post
2) Copy the link from the browser into the clipboard (CTRL-C); Type a word that has meaning, highlight the word, the click on the icon of the world with a chain link; Paste the url into the open link box. Click OK.

If you are trying to link to a page/file you have stored on your PC, it won't work. Upload the photos/file to photobucket, gallery here or some other hosting site and then post the link.
