Looking for mk4 Jetta tdi 5 or 6 speed

Looking for a nice mk4 Jetta tdi open to tasteful mods but no coilovers.(would smash oil pan with the streets around here. Has to be a manual and prefer black interior. Willing to travel some I live in lorain Ohio which is by Cleveland so around 8 hours is max unless it's the right car. No wagons also. Let me know what you have I'm looking to buy thanks!

Looking to spend 4K maybe a little more for the right car
