This car has been very well maintained and i'm sad to have to sell it.
Mobil 1 0W40 oil changed every 10,000 miles, Hengst filters.
Timing belt changed at 200K plus all rollers, Hepu water pump and stretch bolts.
Malone Stage 4 custom tune has Dynamic Idle and Dynamic EGR.
Turbo to SMIC pipework was also upgraded with the SFS Silicone Red Pipe and 1.8T Pancake pipe to provide minimal restrictions/turbulence.
225K Miles so only just broken in!

As well as the mods in my signature below, all wheel bearings have been replaced with FAG.
New rotors and pads within the past year.
Recent new left rear caliper replaced as it was sticking.
Rear axle beam bushings replaced about 1 year ago.
Extra set of Alloy wheels (OE GLS) with great Hankook iPike studded snow tires.
Ipod plug instead of CD changer
Tail and brake lights fitted with LED lamps.
Lift pump was replaced about 2 years ago.
New windshield in May last year.
Silicone wiper blades.
2 Remote Keys and 2 non remote keys.

Comes with loads of extras as I don't want to pay to ship them;
Escort Passport radar detector, Oil suction pump for topside oil changes, Hengst oil/air/cabin filters, torques wrenches, VW solar trickle charger plus other things I can't even remember!

Bump for a great looking vehicle. I was all set to purchase this but decided not to sell my 2010 back to VW and there by didn't have the space to store this one properly, though I'm still tempted. So somebody buy this before I change my mind again and get in trouble with my spouse, please! TdiTaff seems like a great guy and is definitely easy to deal with.

What kind of MPG are getting with that stage 4 Malone tune? I'm over in PA, so I'm trying to work out the logistics of whether its worth considering. Great looking car, bump!

I actually bought it in PA!
I flew to Philly and drove it back to CO, got around 44mpg then.
It will vary according to driving style but my average was about 47mpg. Highest I got was 53, lowest around 42 when I drove from Austin TX to Denver in under 12 hours!

Any known issues?

No major issues, the last one I encountered was the sticking rear brake caliper but I replaced that.
The rear passenger door lock can sometimes be sticky with the central locking but that's about all I can think of!
