Hi I’m needing to know which wire is what that comes out of the electronic pedal such as what is ground, 5v supply and signal.

If you can find the ecu pinout you can probably get most of that from referencing the wire colours. There was also a post a while ago about some guy putting a alh style pedal connector on his ahu harness. That might have what your looking for.

I don’t think that’s exactly what I’m looking for. I’m doing a automatic swap and trying get my shift signals off the tps in the gas pedal. From what I understand half the pedal tells the injector pump what to do and the other half is your shift signals for automatic transmission. I need to know which wire supplies the tps with 5v which wire is ground and which wire is for signal.

Yup, that's the above posted schematic, top one, lower left hand side.

Labeled "Throttle Position Sensor"... you can see the variable resistors that form the actual position sensor and the kickdown switches.

There's no "5V" type signals per se... it's a purely analogue sensor.

EDIT: meaning, no 5V digital output signals...I shoulda been clearer. Hasenwerk has posted the actual pin-outs below. :)

Hi, not wanting to jack the thread, but I wanted to ask if pin out 4 would read 0-100% Thottle gradually or does it only read it at 25% increments? Iv got a stand alone controller that I need to have a 5v Thottle position signal from and I need it to read 0-100% all the way through. Example: 5%, 18%, 62% and so on.

Yup, as I understand it pin 4 is a sensor output that ranges linearly between 0.35V (throttle at rest) to 4.5V (pedal to the floor).

tdi swapping a tdi 2001 alh into my jeep comanche. Everything is hooked up but my trans needs a tps signal. Can anyone confirm that the pin I'm looking for is pin 4?
