Have a Question About CCV Mod on 05 Passat

I have a Question on the CCV Mod on a 05 Passat TDI,Will this cause any damage to the motor or make it lock up or any thing?

Not unless you install it in some weird way or use some strange method to filter out the oil vapors.

If anyhting, the CCV mod will slow down the clogging of the intake manifold.

What type of mod did you have in mind?

A hose to the back of the car...

So, what's generally called an elephant hose? This will drip oil onto the road and maybe your car. Why not a ProVent or Old Navy mod?

FYI, CCV vaoprs are STINKY
