Folks,
I pulled a set of injectors from one of my parts ALH engines yesterday. When I was looking at number three, I noticed this:

I have no idea how I did this, since I was using a slide hammer to pull the injectors. Is this number three injector still good?

Thanks.

No way to know for sure unless you try it. If you plan on having them rebuilt you can have dbw check it out. He can tell you it's working right or not.

Have you tried to ohm the connector yet? I think 80-120 ohms is good.......if that value is wrong someone will correct me?

Folks,

Thanks for the info on how to check the injector with an ohm meter. I checked the injector with an ohm meter this evening and found that it's open. Looks like it's bad. Thanks.

Steve, yeah, 80 to 120 ohms is spec. "Open" is, of course, not in spec!
