1.4 injectors

I own a 1.4 TDI BNM engine 70HP stock which I remapped to 105HP.

I was running 2.3 bar of boost before I tried to lower it to 2.1bar and there was no changes (no smoke at all)

So I wanted to increase power but I think that I reached max from these injectors.

I was comparing the torque limiter from the AMF engine (75HP@4000rpm)

The maps are max 51mg for the AMF and max of 38mg for the BNM

*

First I see that the maps are not properly calibrated because it should be approx the same (75HP vs 70HP).

I know that AMF engine has 465cc injectors (045130073T) but not sure for mine (038130073BN)

Looking at the AMF duration maps, I can see that these are globally lower for same mg & rpm

Maybe mine are 350cc injectors, I looked all over the internet but cannot find this info, can you confirm this ?

Also, as I said my stock tl is max at 38mg but my doi maps are max for 60 (i'm sure it's not). Why ?

I increased it to 70 so @ 90C and 2500rpm, SOI is 17,1 deg. So 33.2 deg durations.

EOI is like 15-16 so these injectors seem not enough to work with.

So it was what I thought it is 350cc. You think it's a good idea to put amf injectors to have 465cc ?

How much hp do you think I can achieve and why does this amf engine have these big injectors for only 75HP ?

Also if I change injectors, would you keep stock soi and just change durations ?

If you want really power, you need a vnt conversion.

Whats your goal?

I want to first change injectors because if i use 1.3 bar with my stock gt1544 i could increase power but I want to be able to maybe add a vnt turbocharger after with same injectors. So how much hp you think I can have with 1.3 bar stock turbo and 465cc and how much with vnt and 465cc injectors ?

I want to buy arl tdi 150 injectors with 550cc, but turbo will come later.

Is there a problem if I only use a small capacity of these injectors ?

I don't think so because every injector should work with low iq but still.
