I own a toyota Vigo 3 liter D4D(nipon denso comon rail) here in Thailand.
I would like to ask you guy what would be the best bigger nozzle or piggyback to increase the fuel injection pressure?
I already have a piggy back with a dash monitor where I can adjust the following:
length of injection 0 up to +37%
Start point of injection 0 up to 25% earlier than OEM
Turbo boost. I have now 0,7 bar more through all the boost map so 1bar at 1700 t/mn 1,7 bar@2500mn and 1 bar@ 4400 rpm when injection decrease
I also have free flowing exhaust.
If i can find and go to upgrade nozzle how much flow increase should I get considering that I have +0,7 bar boost?
