My name is Olli, I live in germany, my car is an Audi A4 8ED latest model of 2007 with the 2.7l TDI engine (BPP), gearbox is the 6-speed manual gerabox (JME).
The car is in a very good condition, no problems so far...
I am looking for a power upgrade.
The goal is to go for 250-300Ps without doing anyting with the clutch and the gearbox (if this is possible) by useing a relative flat torque curve from the first useable beginning to 4000-5000 RPM range..
So I have a few Questions:
1. The turbocharger, I'm going to use is a GTB2260vk (059145722R) will this turbochrager fit out of the box or are there modifications to make to fit this charger?
2. Injection system, ist the stock injection system capable of this power or do I need bigger nozzles or/and bigger rail pump?
3.The DPF and the katalysator will be removed (also the AGR) is there anything else to do concerning the exhaust system?.
4. Is the Turbocharger big enough to deliver 280Ps at 4200-4500RPM aiming a torque of 450mn constant from 1400RPM to 4500RPM?
