Audi A4 B7 engine/tuning questions.

Hi Guys!
I'm about to buy a 2006-2008 Audi A4 2,0 TDI Q instead of my Polo as a daily driver...
What concerns me is that all 140hp engines in this chassis seems to be "old" 2,0 8V. Is this true ?
(seems realy strange because most 140hp Golfs from 2005-> has 16V as far as I know)
I have seen this with my own eyes on a few Audis and have a friend with a 2,0 8V in his 2007 aswell.
The real problem, and the reason why i'm in this part of the forum is that I have plans for a DPF delete and a remap to start with.
And from what I have read here the 170HP engine have a "difficult" Siemens ECU. If its not a problem, what do I need to remap one of those at home? Or more like putting the new program in the ECU...
And also what do I need for tune EDC16? (If I find a 140hp 16V car) I have only tuned EDC15 so far.

Might only be in sweden they come with PD 140 8V... I have to call Audi tomorrow and ask.

All the 140hp 2.0 liters I've seen in the A4 were 16V, perhaps both 8V and 16v were installed?

I hope so, I will get a email from Audi tomorrow, they dont seem so intrested in this but we'll see.
Outside Sweden I have only heard about PD140 16V, but in Sweden only PD140 8V so far. Seems a little strange to get a cheaper engine when buying a Audi A4 than buying for example a Golf 5.
