No OBD Code P02511??

My 2014 Jetta SE occupant side air bag stays in the off position and the light on the dash is on but I do not have any failure codes on my OBD Scan?? Does this mean it's the actual seat sensor?? I have just bought this Jetta and am trying to work out the bugs,,any and all help is appreciated.. I do have Oxygen sensor issues on my OBD scan but nothing else..Thanks

You mean the SRS warning lamp in the cluster is on? If THAT is not on, and there are no DTCs, then the system is working normally.

I cannot remember if the passenger side OFF lamp goes out on its own after a bit or not, I don't think my NB did until someone sat in the seat.

What scan tool do you have?
