Claims Process Update

So I am on hold with the claims people right now. One of the questions they addressed while on hold was the determination of eligibility and final offer timeframe. Said that it could take up to 4 weeks. Once offer is accepted they have 90 days to complete the buyback. I guess I was hoping for a faster timeframe, but I realize it could be at least up to 4 months from 10-27, the day my documents were accepted. I hope it won't take 90 days after the final claim is accepted, so I guess we will see?

That's good news. 4 more months, in my case, will move the car down one mileage bracket.
