Measuring block 011, this is the manifold pressure expected and received block along with RPM and N75 duty cycle. You want to see the N75 duty cycle staying quite a bit below 100% and the received to lag at first, spike and then settle in on expected. If you're getting limp mode, my guess is the actuator is sticky, reach back there and get a feel for it. If you replace it you'll need to log and plot the data IMO to get it adjusted perfect. This is assuming that when you take the actuator off the turbo VNT lever moves freely, if not then you've got other more work intensive problems...
