Hello all. Just replaced my fuel pump. Thought I had a bad one after checking all of the fuses etc. (even dug under the steering wheel for the relay). I just got it in and when I turn the key the pump still doesn't power. New or old. The wires going to it lit up a probe. I think each power wire was like 5.7v? The battery does need replaced, but even hooked up it will not power the pump. Help please!
