I have a 96' Passatt, it sometimes starts fine and sometimes don't. When it don't, 12 volts is not making it to the main fuel solinoid on the Bosch injector pump. Ive checked the (2) connections in the engine compartment with the same results (black wire with yellow tracer). On a "no start" I can jump 12 volts from the battery and it will start, when I disconnect the jumpper wire it will stay running. I'm getting approx. 13.2 volts from my 2 year old battery. The "no start only happens about 3 or 4 times a month. Its very annoying. I think the wire comes from the computer but I am not sure. What should I do next?
