No horn, no steering wheel controls, HELP!!

Long time, no post.

So it seems my multifunction steering wheel is on the fritz. No lights, no horn no volume up etc. I've checked the fuses and all seems OK, but any trouble shooting help would be greatly appreciated. I would like to have a good idea of what is going on before I take it to the dealership.

Ah, a little reading never hurts. Could it be a clock spring? I don't have an airbag light on.
