Hello. I've occasionaly bought the turbo from X5, unfortunately equipped with electronic control unit:
- Whether this controller can be adapted or should I switch to underpressure control?
- I've got the 16bit computer ...21 with single plug and inner MAP sensor, should I change the valve N75 and soft + accumulation vacuum tank or change the computer to ...18, outside the MAP and VNT control?
- What needs to bo changed when switching to the computer ...18 except the computer and engine bunch?
- Can I turn the hot side in relation to the casing of 180 degrees.
(In the BMW turbo is hanging under the collector, in the T4 is standing on the collector)?
- Whether the N75 controlling VNT is an electromagnetic valve or a step engine?

N75 valve is just a solenoid..

I think it will be no problem to flash 150hp (also 021 ecu) software in your ecu which is then ok for vnt control, you can solder a 3 bar map sensor in your ecu, or you can run some wires to the outside and use an external 3 bar sensor

For the turbo itself easiest is to put an vacuum actuator on..

Reclocking the hotside shouldn't be much of a problem.. I think it will a killer combo with that turbo.. good spool and 250hp shoulnd't be much of a problem..
