I have a 2003 Beetle with a 1.9 ALH engine .On the left side of the head there’s Is a flange with three glow plugs. Does anyone have a part number for the gasket or seal. This would be flange to flange not to head

Yep, that's it. Little round one. The flange to head is .... 688.

One other Question does any one sell replacement connectosr for the coolant glow plugs.

Yes, you can buy the little connectors and splice them in.
028-971-782-A. You'll want a blue heat shrink butt connector, not the regular ones. Volkswagen sells those too (in the "tackle box" every dealer has) but they are kind of expensive... although if you only need three and for just this one repair, may not be that bad.
