I just got a 2014 CPO TDI and after about 100 miles the low oil light came on. I've checked the oil, level is good, how do I reset the light to turn it off?

Oil light is not for oil level, it is for oil pressure.
Either the sensor is bad, or you actually have low oil pressure, which is not something you want to leave like that.
