2011 TDI SportWagen Electrical Gremlins

We just picked up a used 2011 TDI SportWagen in excellent condition but my wife has alerted me this morning to some electrical problems may exist.
The rear defrost does not seem to work.
The rear wiper does not seem to shut off.
The rear/driver window seems to have lowered itself overnight.
This thing is like new with 70K and I am looking for people who have experienced similar problems with this model - in hopes of pointing me in the direction of a solution.
I am not unfamiliar with the electrical problems VWs have - we still own a 2000 TDI Beetle that has been an experience.
Help with the fuse box would be appreciated too. I can't believe there is no diagram for the supporting fuses!

get VCDS and read any codes if any, a regular obdII reader will not work.

I used VMWare and a win xp for the VCDS and its works great on my mac. However I found a old unused windows computer for my VCDS needs now. Hopefully you get it to work and get some codes.

Found I need a different cable/version of VCDS for this "newer" car.
