Anybody in GTA (preferably east end) able to extract key code/program key for MK4?

I need to order a new fob/key for a 2003 Jetta. My understanding is first the "Secure Key Code" needs to be extracted from the vehicle and then the key must be programmed accordingly (and cut, obviously). Anybody in the GTA have the equipment to get the code and/or program the key?

This place did cut and program for me at one point, you need to be sure to take all keys you need programmed.

I took them a key I had bought, but they may have some to supply.

Wingnut has the tools to do the programming, but you'd still need it cut.

I can get your code for you. Or I can program it when you get it. As long as you get the correct fob with a blank key, the lock shop can cut it. They can program some fobs, but not all. Either way, I can do it for free.

I can cut and program if you're close to the downtown core as well
