Houston- looking for person or shop to do RCV replacement

I have a 2011 TDI Jetta Sportwagen and I'm having the predictable AC delay. Works fine (58 degrees) on the highway but backs off when you slow or stop it warms up (70 degrees). Checked the charge level at the low pressure line and its bueno, and AC/engine cooling fan is working so got to be the valve.

If anyone out there in Houston has done this replacement or if someone could recommend a shop NOT bent on selling me a new compressor I would appreciate the help!

They are a tested mechanic in North Houston. Never had a single thing to do with them, but they are on the trusted mechanics list.
