Not surprising. I recall reading that 40% of cars in China were VW. That may have changed by now, but it's still a lot of cars.
If North Korea wants cars, they probably import them from China and/or Russia.

Plus a Mercedes GL, and a Lexus .... even if they were Chinese replicas, there are at least a few older Mercedes in there.
