The battery in my new 2015 is dated March 2014. 5K0-915-105G 12V 72AH 380 AMP

I'm wondering if I should keep my Autocraft Platinum battery or just keep what is in the Passat? What would you do?

Tough call. I'd probably keep both good batteries and put one of my marginal ones in the Jetta right before the buyback :D. Either way, you'll be second guessing your decision when/if the one you keep goes kaput. My 7 yo Varta OE battery is still starting my car at -20° F - so the OE ones were pretty damn good in 2011.

Whoops, I posted in the wrong section. Meant to put this in the Passat section.

My original battery lasted me 3 years, and the VW replacement lasted me only 2 years. This one has been 3 years now. When I did the remote start today with my Passat it seemed like it took a few seconds for it to actually start up. It is somewhat cold in FL (40's), so that could be why.
