Horn not working, sunroof won't open

Don't know if these 2 problems are related. Checked horn they work, replaced sunroof switch and motor. There no power at horn relay, no power at the roof switch. CCM?

Checked all fuses present. Now I'm thinking maybe one or two are missing?
