Interior Cabin Air Filter

Hey,
I have a 1998 Jetta TDI. I went to replace my interior cabin air filter to decrease the smell of diesel in the cabin, and didn't see one. Does the A3 have this filter?

No, it didn't come from the factory with a cabin filter. However, one can be added.

You can either find the assembly in a wrecked A4, or order a kit from Potterman's website. I went with the kit on my A3, installed flawlessly.
