So my FIL has his own business for clear bras (paint protection) in the Chicagoland area. He has done work at several VW dealerships and this week he received an information packet in the mail providing what he can do with cars he has as a "dealer". He has never owned a VW or sold a VW or even registered as a dealer.
He has kept the packet and if I can ever get over to his place I'll pick it up and read it, if I find any good or useful information I'll be sure to add it here.
