I'm looking to get a downpipe for my Audi A7 3.0TDI from Ebay and seeing if there are any step-by-step or DIY guides in replacing the DPF.

From what I can see the benefits don't make up for the cons, and potential cons. More states are switching to california based emissions, and the EPA is cracking down on diesel cars / trucks without DPF's. Just making sure you understand the potential downsides. Also as a point you may not get as much gains as you think anyway... I still have my emissions intact, went stage 2 malone and this thing is an absolute beast. The next move is to upgrade the turbo but keep everything else.

The EPA has gone after so many shops for deletes, huge fines, and many of them are pulling "off-road" only tunes.
