I am trying to diagnose a turbo issue with a 2006 BRM. Just wondering what tool is needed to get these hose clamps off? There are a couple of them on the compressor outlet pipe.

From what I could see that pipe is an assembly.
If you get the clamp off what then? Either the hose itself is split or the o ring needs replaced or the nubs are worn down and not keeping a good seal. Also the alternative that the hose is fine and your problem is elsewhere.

From the picture I think that’s one of the snap in boost hoses. As far as I know you can’t replace just the clamp there.
It looks like to me in order to get this pipe off the car then I need to take of that odd clamp. The picture isnt the actual picture it was only to reference the clamp. The pipe i'm talking about is compressor outlet pipe on a BRM.
