There's a manual Passat TDI posted on Seattle Craigslist for $17999. I don't know how to share it on here so look it up. It has like 24K on it, is silver and the windows are tinted. It looks nice and it seems like a lot of folks here really have a hard-on for manual transmissions (I've actually never seen one in real life).
