FS: ALH Intake Manifold / EGR Valve

EGR Valve for ALH, not super clean, not super dirty..somewhere in the middle... $50

ALH Intake Manifold with some dirt $80
and by some dirt, its clean enough, you could probably put it on your car as it sits, it came off my car, and I swapped manifolds more often than not.

I wouldn't recommend sandblasting it.

..Why?

Sand can get stuck in grooves and eventually make its way in to your engine.

If you wash it out thoroughly with a power washer afterward it should be ok.

Yes, my mechanic has told me stories of customers that got their intakes sandblasted, and now a while later need engine rebuilds because of the damage the sand ended up doing. So yes, be careful how you clean your intakes, or where you get them cleaned

I actually live even closer.. I'm just a hair north of Yonge & Stouffville Rd.

The key to sandblasing is to clean the part really good after. I've sandblasted thousands of cylinderheads and after the heads were cleaned in a hot water solution, they come out like new.
