Wierd Chattering Noise Inside Front Right Fender/Side Fender??

hi i am hearing a chattering sound in the front right corner of my car, dont see anything loose under the hood, any ideas??

It's the boost controler. They normally tick but if it got reallllly loud all of a sudden then it's on the way south. It's bolted to the rt fender tower. Verify that's the tick and not the lifter under the valve cover!
