Need good Diesel mechanic near Oakville

My brother is in Oakville, he needs a good mechanic that is diesel savvy. He has a '93 Passat TD and needs some help with it (glowplugs, cooling system, I don't know what else)
Any recommendations? Hopefully someone good but not too expensive....

Reto used to work for a VW dealership for a number of years before he took over this place some 4 years ago , specializing in..... TDI's.
His location is close to Oakville, about 3 km east of the big Ford Plant.

Some of our members had work done there and they reported satisfaction with the work as well as the price.....they will probably chime in with more details
