How to switch 12v power outlet OFF with engine?

Is there an easy way to modify the 12v outlet so that it powers OFF with the engine? I installed a dash cam and don't want to have to manually turn it off and on each time I start the car. I also use a Bluetooth FM transmitter and have to manually disconnect it from my phone every time as well.
Hope there's a simple dip-switch or something and that I won't have to completely rewire anything...

I think it is call X75. Power on when key is on. It is on the relay panel underneath the kick panel. I know that is where it is on an 01 Golf

Thanks - so it IS possible to modify the ON/OFF setting for the power outlet without doing any rewiring? I'll look for it...
