The right LED mirror turn signal light is blinking super fast while the left one not at all. (2010 Jetta) I checked and all the other lights are working fine. I've read several posts about the subject that seem to refer to gunk in the turn signal, but that would likely affect all signal lights, not just the mirrors.
I'm gonna remove the mirror and clean the contacts, but does anyone know what a fast blinking mirror signal light means? I doubt the LED lights are blown.
The only other thing I can think of is that I recently added a aftermarket radio to the car and tapped into one of the wires in the headlight switch (grey that tells the lights to dim). I doubt this is a problem since the headlight switch has nothing to do with the turn signals, but mentioning it anyways.
Any ideas?
