06 Jetta TDI auto/tr. for sale with 45000 miles

A customer of mine is wanting to sell her 06 jetta TDI. It only has 45,000 miles on it. It is the dark silver with grey leather int. I have serviced it from day one. Her husband worked for me for 24 years and died from cancer. Now she is ready to buy a Golf Sportwagen TDI. They don't want to give her much for trade in. This car is perfect shape, never been parked outside, always in the garage. If anyone wants a like new car this is it. She has another car that she drives(husbands) most of the time. It has new tires on it.

Has the DSG fluid been Changed? 40,000 mile interval! Has the Timing Belt been changed 100,000 miles or 5 years...if the Tb hasn't been Changed I would not drive the car until it has been.....
