Hi,
I have had an 11mm pump for a few years, no problems.
Recently I had idle issues, after lowering the idle too much (in tuning experimentation) and the car was stuttering randomly when revving down (probably needed a hammer mod- but since then I raised the idle to 819 rpm to get rid of the issue)
I figured to check group 019 min/max of the QA with ignition key on (engine off).

What was shown confused me. 0.00 and 0.00.
I loaded up the VCDS lite demo and same thing, zeros.

Confused, if the pump QA was really 0, how would it be able to run in the first place?
Stumped.

I am a novice with vcds, so take this accordingly, did you try it with the engine running?...Mark

It's supposed to be engine off, but yes, the numbers don't change. Perhaps when I got rid of the CEL's for the EGR/MAF etc, I might have removed some diagnostic strings for the QA.

If you have a ross-tech, contact them, they are very helpful...Mark

Ahh it was user error...
I found out the procedure by trial and error:

Key off. Key on ignition (don't start)
THEN run vag com and connect to engine module.
Go to group 19, see the 2 numbers.
In my case, all good 0.680 4.670
