I don't think a 1/8" hole can affect the your engine much either way.
Where are you tapping the boost for the gauge?

But noticed theres some sut or wtv coming out when i start it and can see in the second picutre some is going on there.

Is it normal for it to exaust there? Could it cover that up?

The "race pipe" is where a lot of people hook up their boost gauge source; I don't see in your earlier pictures where the check valve is in your vacuum line?

I also do not see any check valve in earlier photo.
It should be #4 in this diagram, but not present in OP's photo.



When the boost gauge is connected what sort of readings do you get while accelerating?

Don't worry too much about the check valve. I don't use one and don't miss it.
It's there to keep the reservoir from losing vacuum when the pump isn't producing any.
