check engine light came on. fault code 5052. fuse is ok. turbo ok. voltage at sensor, none detected. found wiring broken/rusted. the dealership said. wiring repair needed for boost control sensor. would like to fix it myself.

does anyone know where it is or how to do it?

diagram would help if u can find one.

thanks

I'm not quite sure why the dealer is giving you a "P" code, and not the VAG equivilant... and I didn't know copper could rust... corrode, yes... rust, no...

I'm guessing this is an N-75 problem. what were your symptoms?

i had no symptoms. i think the car runs fine.

can't clear the code. i disconnected the battery for an hour. had another mechanic try and clear the code with his code reader but it didn't work.

where is the turbo boost control position sensor? (can someone tell/show me(ie diagram) where this wire is. the dealership says that this wire needs to be replaced).
