Fender Sound in all SEL Premiums?

Hi, I've been trying to get the radio fixed in our 2015 Passat TDI, SEL Premium since we bought it in September.
The dealer finally found an "L" unit and said they would send it to a place called (I think) Paramount to have it refurbished or rebuilt.
I asked if they made sure to code it for the Fender Sound System and he just told me that the car didn't come with that.
I think it did but I can't go look because it is 400 miles away right now.
I have the VIN 1VWCV7A34FC054678 but I can't find a resource that tells me what it came with as far as options are concerned.
It is a RNS 510 radio.
We also have a 2013 SEL Premium and it does have the Fender Sound.
Of course, that's the one I have with me.
As always any help is appreciated.

I won't be able to help but both my sel passat's were fender equipped

The radio can be coded to whatever system after the fact via VCDS.

But yes, you should have the Fender system.

In both years, it standard on all SEL trim levels.
