Any Whitbread clones?

Realizing the inevitable,I have tinkering with the idea of an engine rebuild,but want someone who knows what they are doing.This will down the road a bit due to cash flow.
Since Matt Whitbread is spread so thin,I was wanting alternatives of someone of Matt's caliber.
Thoughts?

I have one of his ALH block girdles for sale if you are looking at putting out that much power.
