Default Borrow Denver VAG-Com to install radio?

Anyone local with a VAG-COM available? I have a new factory radio and the instructions indicate VAG-COM is required to configure it to my car, an '01 Beetle. I'm in the SW metro area during the day and NW Denver in the evenings.

Thanks.
