My favorite local Irving store has 2.009 for RUG, and 2.649 for D2.

At least it is moving in the right direction. Interesting that D2 moves at less than 1/2 the speed of RUG. Looks like the demand for D2 is higher/stronger than RUG.

Cheers,

PH

I am concerned that too many independent oil producers (in Canada as well as the US) will be bankrupted by low crude prices, setting the stage for a return to reliance on foreign oil. And possibly much higher prices in a year or two. The Energy Information Agency (EIA) is already predicting something like that. Crude needs to rise to at least $50/barrel and better yet to a range between $60 and $80 for longterm energy security.

Couldn’t believe it when I saw it, but we are down to $1.77 for Diesel here in Norman, OK. Too bad our state is in deep trouble with that low of a price. Of course now I won’t need fuel for commuting for a while, so it’s just little 45 minute road trips around the area to burn off some of this cheap diesel and keep the car “Italian Tuned Up”.

RUG $1.65, D2 $2.69 at the local Irving station. First time I recall a spread of $1/gal or more.

I just saw diesel at $2.19 at the station attached to the Emerald Queen Casino in Fife, WA yesterday.
Will have to check the nearby Costco and see how it compares tonight.

The Kwik Trip station, that I usually visit, has gas at $1.04 and diesel at $2.13. I think the last time I saw gas that low was about twenty years ago.
