2011 Golf 6spd Start Issue

Hello there. My girlfriend recently purchased a 2011 Golf with ~50,000 miles on it. For the past month or so she's been having issues with it starting weird. I can't think of how to describe it, so I threw a video up here. There doesn't seem to be one thing that's causing it, and I can't seem to reproduce it. Just seems to happen.
If anyone has any ideas of things I could try or should look at that would be great. Thanks for the help.

Looks like a bad battery to me....have you checked the voltage to look at the state of charge?

Stick a multimeter across the battery terminal. Set it to read voltage. Start the car and see what's the min. voltage is during the start up process. If you're getting less than 10v during the start up process it's most likely a bad battery.
